In hazardous environments such as chemical workshops, oil and gas fields, and coal mine underground, the contact between flammable gases, dust and circuit sparks can easily cause explosion accidents. As a core node of circuit connection, the safety performance of junction boxes directly determines the on-site operation safety. In addition, the terminal block inside the box is made of flame-retardant and high-temperature-resistant materials, supporting multi-circuit wiring, and can work stably in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, adapting to extreme working conditions.

After a chemical park's reactor workshop adopted the flameproof explosion-proof junction box, it successfully avoided the explosion risk caused by sparks from loose cable joints, and the safe operation cycle of the equipment was extended to 24 months. On an oil and gas field drilling platform, the junction box withstood sea breeze, salt spray erosion and high-pressure impact. After third-party testing, its flameproof performance fully complies with the national standard GB3836.2, ensuring zero accidents in the circuit connection of drilling equipment. In underground coal mine operations, its dustproof structure extends the maintenance cycle of the junction box from 1 month to 3 months, reducing operation and maintenance costs while improving safety.
